August 25-27 - The 2012 Space Elevator Conference. This conference will be held at the Microsoft Conference Center in Redmond, Washington, the same place as the last several US Space Elevator Conferences have been held. Part of the conference will be dedicated to the ISEC theme for 2012 - "Operating and Maintaining a Space Elevator". Visit the conference website for more details.
