Which form is best for a Space Elevator? How can this great enterprise be used to its greatest potential to help all humanity? These are the questions that ISEC will try to answer.

ConstructionHistory shows that having a great idea is not enough. Large endeavors such as the first trans-atlantic telegraph cable or the building of the Panama Canal always required immense support, often from just a few individuals, in order to push them to completion. Once the technology is there, ISEC wants to ensure that the technology does not go to waste.
